IFA 2016 will be held this year from 2nd to 7th September at the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds in the west end of the city.
It is fast approaching, and we’re more excited than ever to see what will be on the show.
What to expect for IFA 2016
A variety of smart TV manufacturers will attend IFA 2016 and showcase their latest products. Consumer electronics giants Skyworth and Sharp Europe owned by UMC will demonstrate smart TVs at IFA 2016, with SERAPHIC offering products such as browser for Open Internet, YouTube 2016, TV Portal, etc.
1. Skyworth
Skyworth, the advanced consumer electronics maker, is about to demonstrate smart TVs based on Novatek chipset, deploying SERAPHIC’s YouTube TV 2016 and TV Portal solutions, at IFA 2016. The SDK was already released.

2. Sharp & UMC
UMC is the second largest TV manufacturer in Europe. To enhance its brand awareness around the world, Sharp Europe decides to launch new smart TV line ups with advanced features, supported by SERAPHIC’s Sraf® HTML5 Browser for TV Portal, YouTube TV 2016 and Chili TV based on MStar’s MSD6486 chipset. You will see the new products on the show.

3. THTF
THTF, a renowned Chinese high-tech company, will showcase Freeview-Play-compliant products together with chipset vendor MStar at the show. The Freeview Play solution it adopts is provided by SERAPHIC.
